The year was 1991 when the combination of social boredom and youthful energy led to the establishment of a party promoting group in Fort Worth, Texas that would later become known as the Hills Brothers. The objective of this group of teenage boys was to promote a party concept tailored to the often-neglected party seekers that were too young for adult nightclubs, yet too old for teen venues.

The first event featured a $1 cover and was held at an inner city YMCA. The success of that event led to upscale productions that included larger venues, bigger crowds, and higher profits. Ultimately, college, careers, and families led to the groups demise. However, the knowledge and skills acquired during the group's 5-year run left some of the members with a previously unfounded passion for more of what they had experienced with the Hills Brothers. One member became a full-scale disc jockey and record producer, another member became a hip-hop artist, and another became a concert promoter...that member is the Founder and Event Coordinator of Evening Bliss Concerts, Jarred Howard.

Evening Bliss was born of Mr. Howard's God-given ability to produce and promote various events including family and class reunions, Church productions, and yes, parties. After failing to obtain an apprenticeship with an established promotion company, Howard learned "the business" on his own through years of research, careful observation, and a dose of sometimes-painful trial and error. As a result, Evening Bliss has positioned itself not only as an entertainment mainstay, but also as a promoter of choice for concertgoers and performers alike.

Evening Bliss takes pride in producing and promoting enjoyable and memorable events, using prime venues while providing some of the world's premier entertainment.
